Ah yes, New Years Eve. The deflation after the mad rush of Christmas, the awkward office parties and hangovers, not to mention the guilty goal setting and hungover promises made the following day under a boozy haze of optimism and pain releif medication. Some would say this may not be the best way to usher in a fresh new year of life, and for those who would agree with that statement, we have a wonderful solution.

Available from 28th of December to the 4th of January, we offer a more entertaining, more refreshing way to celebrate the new year. Nestled in amongst the High Tatra mountains in northern Slovakia, your 7 nights in our beautifully presented log cabin guest house provides the perfect place to rest and recharge your batteries.

During the day you'll be treated to a European style continental breakfast, setting you up to enjoy a day on the slopes. Slovakia has some wonderful skiing available to all skill levels (and some great skii schools for complete beginners), and all within driving distance from our guest house via skii slope bus (or private transport at extra cost).

After a day on the slopes, you can unwind and relax back at the guest house utilizing the gym and sauna facilities if you wish, or curl up with a hot drink in the library room to unwind. Each evening you'll be treated to a delicious three course home made dinner, with a range of award winning locally produced wines and craft beer on offer. On New Years Eve there will be a 5 course meal with a wide choice of menu items fully catering for vegans and vegetarians also. Champagne will then be served at midnight to toast the new year in style.

Included in the price:

  • 5 nights accommodation

  • Half board

  • New Years Eve celebration 5 course dinner

  • Champagne at midnight

  • Discounts on ski lift tickets

Children up to 12 years of age 25% discount

Sustainable tourism is a key element to us. We are a family run business with the capacity of 16 beds, there is a possibility of an extra bed in the room for children. Where need of outsourcing (mountain guides, transport, housekeeping) locals will be considered and employed.
